Position Description : Business Controller
Division : Finance
Primary report to : Finance Manager
Secondary report to : CEO
1. Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing projections, budgets and business plans, including consolidation and cash flow forecasts.
  • Review and improve internal controls and procedures.
  • Provide strategic financial support to ensure that all opportunities for cost containment are identified and fully exploited.
  • Perform financial analysis on the performance.
  • Prepare pricing/costing on products.
  • Support reporting requirements (templates, formats, etc).
  • Ad-hoc reporting, including (inter-alia) market surveys, due diligence exercises.
  • Support Finance Head on communication with stakeholders, especially on matters under the Finance function.
2. Required Skills
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of accounting, tax, corporate secretarial rules and regulations under the local regime.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, planning, managerial and technical skills to execute assignments, raise and communicate issues or recommendations effectively and work cross functionally.
  • High integrity and excellent work ethics, with strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment, within tight deadlines.

3. Required Qualifications
  • A professional qualification (i.e. ACCA, CA, etc.) or Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
  • Three (3) years audit experience is required.
4. Objective
  • Ensure projections, budgets and business plans for the Group and it’s affliated companies are prepared accurately and within deadlines.
  • Ensure pricing/costing on products for the Group and it’s affliated companies are prepared accurately and within deadlines.
  • Ensure effective and efficient communication with stakeholders, especially on matters under the Finance function.
  • Ensure financial analysis on the performance for the Group and it’s affliated companies are done effectively and within deadlines.
  • Contribution to company’s growth and profitability.

Claims Associate

Position Description : Claims Associate
Division : Operations
Primary report to : Team Leader
Secondary report to : Operations Manager
1. Key Responsibilities
  • Process mobile phone insurance claims
  • Register claims and Administrate claims
  • Maintain diary and monitor claims on regular basis. Make sure all claims are processed within client’s SLA
  • Working together with the Tel-co or handset repairers and provide advise to the Insurer and dealers on claim assignments
  • Other claims matter i.e assess claim, prepare settlement offer and phone replacement, follow up on appeal claims, conduct claims review, issue major claim report and etc.
  • Other daily administration matter i.e inbound calls, policy inquiries, data entry, monthly premium deduction through merchant bank, support Operation & Sales managers daily administration issues and etc.
2. Required Qualifications
  • Minimum One (1) year experience as a Claims Examiner/Executive or Customer Service Representative.
  • Call Center experience and insurance claim experience will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Meticulous with an eye for details.
  • Strong knowledge of managing sensitive / confidential situations.
  • Must show a willingness to work as a member of a team, but also able to work independently and on own initiative.
  • Must possess a “problem solver” approach and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Strength of character to raise and communicate issues or recommendations.
  • Is a good team player and can work well with people of all levels.
  • Computer literacy in word, excel and powerpoint.

Marketing Manager

Position Description : Marketing Manager
Division : Sales and Business Development
Primary report to : General Manager
Secondary report to : CEO
1. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify local market trends and shape AmTrust Mobile Solutions responses to those trends, driving market-specific brand awareness and creating value propositions
  • Develop annual marketing plan and budget together with the CEO and relevant teams
  • Work with retail business partners to develop overall marketing campaigns that will be a mix of offline and online activities or traditional and non-traditional channels
  • Develop effective marketing collaterals such as banners, brochures, pitch cards and other POS materials that aim to drive awareness and sales conversions
  • Allocate marketing budget, set performance targets, monitor campaign spends, and measure ROI across channels
  • Develop and execute online advertising campaigns across channels that may include search, display, affiliate, influencers and paid social
  • Work with internal teams and 3rd party creative agencies to develop content for campaigns and ensure all visuals and copies are concise, compelling and on-brand
  • Develop new ways to build brand awareness targeted to new audiences and to create engagement
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan that aligns with local and regional objectives
  • Own the delivery of this integrated marketing campaign strategy across all channels that leverage programs, content and collaterals
  • Track and analyze effectiveness of all programs and make adjustments based on key findings
  • Conduct research and arrive at deeper understanding of the industry, customers and trends
  • Work with the broader marketing team and external vendors to create localized content and collateral to support and drive sales
  • Update, track, and version-control collaterals developed
  • Manage and track marketing spend budget
  • Measure and report on ROI of activities/campaigns. Provide accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports of program and campaign results, including recommendations and action items to improve response and conversion rates.
2. Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years experience in marketing including managing performance-based digital campaigns
  • In-depth understanding of various digital channels such as Facebook, Google, instant messaging apps, retargeting and affiliate ad platforms
  • Sharp analytical skills and ability to use data to drive campaign optimizations
  • Well-versed with analytics platforms
  • Familiar with digital marketing/ mobile app metrics such as CPC, CPI, CPM, CPA, CPDL
  • Fluent in written and verbal English and local language/s
  • Skills in artwork creation/editing using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
